Subscription Cancellation Policy

THE LAB™ membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $44/month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing hello@reinlab.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again after cancelling, and you'll keep access through the period you've already paid for.

Refill orders that have already shipped are non-refundable.

Founding members lock in their rate for the life of their active membership. If a founding membership is cancelled, re-enrollment will be at the current standard rate.
