Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping method & delivery time We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates Free shipping on all orders over $50. A flat rate of $6.95 applies to orders under $50.

Shipping location We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@reinlab.co and we'll help resolve it.
