SHADEBOND™ System Guide

THE SHADEBOND™ SYSTEM

Five steps. Up to 7 days. Proper application is vital for 7-day wear.

[HERO VIDEO — full application, start to finish]

Patch test first. Before first use, apply SHADEPRIME™, a SHADEBOND™ Cluster, and SHADECOAT™ to your inner wrist. Wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs, do not use.

01 · PRIME Lashes must be freshly washed and dry. Apply a thin coat of SHADEPRIME™ to the underside of natural lashes. Target just above the roots — avoid direct root contact and lash lengths. [PHOTO/CLIP — priming]

02 · BOND Lift a SHADEBOND™ Cluster at the anchor point with SHADEPRESS™ forceps. Avoid touching the bond base. If forceps stick to the bond, firmly grip the lash fibers and gently peel the cluster away — do not pull by the bond base. Start at the inner corner, aligning the inner edge of the cluster with the inner iris edge. Place bond base just above roots, following the natural lash curve. Edge to edge — no gaps, no overlap. Use 4 clusters per eye (5 for MAX). For larger eyes, add a cluster at the outer corner. Leave a small gap at the outer corner. [PHOTO/CLIP — bonding]

03 · PRESS Press each cluster and natural lash together at the base with SHADEPRESS™ forceps. For 7-day wear, follow with the 360° SHADECOAT™ Method (patent-pending). For 3-day wear, skip — the bond stays slightly tacky. [PHOTO/CLIP — pressing]

04 · 360° COAT Close the eye. Following the lash line curve, hold the angled tips of SHADEPRESS™ against the mids/tips just below the bond base and press down to shield them — exposing the bond base only. Apply a thin coat of SHADECOAT™ above the bond base. Open the eye and apply to the inner edge, below, then outer edge of the bond base to complete the 360° coat. Wait 5 minutes. Press each bond base again with SHADEPRESS™. Repeat on the other eye. Avoid contact with water for 24 hours to allow the 360° coat to fully set. Lasts up to 7 days. [PHOTO/CLIP — coating]

05 · MELT (Removal) Apply SHADEMELT™ above and below each bond base. Wait 30 seconds. Gently massage — do not pull. Slide clusters off when the bond dissolves. 1–5 natural lashes may shed daily; some may remain on removed clusters — this is normal and not a sign of damage. Cleanse lashes with an oil-free cleanser. [PHOTO/CLIP — removal]

DAILY AFTERCARE Gently wash with an oil-free cleanser; pat dry immediately. Once dry, re-press each base, then brush ends to fluff. Be gentle when cleansing and brushing. Avoid oil-based products, heavy eye makeup, and eyeliner — do not use mascara. Avoid touching lashes — oils and dirt from fingers can weaken the bond. Avoid prolonged water exposure, submersion, steam, and sauna. Don't sleep face-down or rub eyes.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Poor retention → Lashes are oily or improperly placed. Always start with clean lashes, ensure correct placement, and complete the 360° SHADECOAT™ Method.

Poking → Too close to corners. Remove and reapply. The inner edge of the first cluster should align with the inner iris edge. Leave a small gap between the last cluster and the outer corner.

Itchy / irritation → Too close to the waterline. Remove and reapply. Place the bond base just above roots — not on the waterline.

Sticky lashes → SHADEPRIME™ on mids/tips. Target bases only.

Stiff lashes → SHADECOAT™ on mids/tips. Shield mids/tips with SHADEPRESS™ and coat bases only.

Clusters sticking to SHADEPRESS™ → Bond residue on forceps. Clean forceps between clusters. Avoid touching the bond base unless pressing.

Visible bond base → Improper placement or overlap. Place bond base just above roots, following the natural lash curve — no gaps, no overlap. Only the last cluster may slightly overlap if needed.
